Thank you for visiting Damoch Family! Our goal is to provide you with a seamless and transparent shopping and delivery experience. Please read the following shipping policy carefully.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and verified within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after purchase. Once inventory and payment are confirmed, your order will be packaged and handed over to our selected shipping carrier.
Note: During peak seasons (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas), processing times may be slightly longer. We will announce any delays in advance on our website.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
- Shipping Destination: We currently only ship to the contiguous United States (all 50 states). We do not ship to international destinations, APO/FPO addresses, Puerto Rico, or other U.S. territories.
- Shipping Cost: We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States! No coupon code is needed—it will be applied automatically at checkout.
- Carriers: We primarily ship via USPS and/or UPS.
- Delivery Time: Once your order is shipped, estimated transit time is 5-10 business days. Please note that this is an estimate, and actual delivery may vary due to destination, weather, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- Expedited Shipping: We currently do not offer paid expedited shipping options.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number. You can use this number on the carrier’s official website to monitor your package’s journey in real-time.
4. Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, returns, or lost packages due to incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses (e.g., incorrect P.O. Box). If a package is returned due to an address error, we will contact you and may require an additional fee for reshipping.
5. Lost or Damaged Packages
- Shipping Insurance: All orders are automatically covered by shipping insurance.
- Reporting an Issue: If your package is lost or arrives significantly damaged, please contact us at admin@damochkids.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographic evidence (if applicable). We will initiate an investigation with the carrier and work to resolve the issue promptly (via reshipment or refund).
6. International Orders
We currently do not offer international shipping outside the United States. If you are located outside the U.S., please stay tuned for future updates as we may expand our shipping regions.
